Hi all,
I got an offer to fly sensitive weather equipment from Ketchikan to Sitka in the DC-3. The catch was the altitude, not above 3000 feet, otherwise the equipment became useless due to its calibration. Nice...so I flew over water, following coastlines. Hence the longer flight time: 2 hours and 10 minutes, at least the weather was nice and the views stunning.
