That panel is my creation Smile . That is, the bitmap and gauges selection.
Here you have the Bend Kin Radios, probably X-155/KX-165, from the 80s/90s.
As far as I know that color has to do with ease of read, causing less fatigue than other colors, works well with sunglasses or direct sunlight - and of course it may have to do with the chosen materials!
