I see you mention the length of rwy3 at paom and it's sufficiency for a 737max.  Many years ago when Bethel had only 4000', Wien Air was planting their 732's on that twice a day.  Nice report - your screenshots all say 'image not found or was removed'. Flaps 5 for takeoff seems like more drag than lift.
