Yeah it keeps saying I do not have permission to download. I don't see any place for me to create a login or anything. Very strange.

I checked the website and it seems there is a problem with it - it is not your system. 
I'll see if I can send the USA and vegetation files directly to you... probably an hour from now.

I go with Google Maps - Bing looks always too green to me; but sometimes I try other sets for fun Smile
